This Website is deployed on Vercel. Vercel may collect anonymized analytics data (page views, geographic region, browser type) that does not identify individual users. No cookies are set by this Website. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded.

2.3 Blockchain Data

When you interact with the Azeth protocol on public testnets (Ethereum Sepolia, Base Sepolia), your wallet address and transaction data are recorded on the public blockchain. This data is inherently public and immutable. We do not control or process this data beyond displaying publicly available on-chain information through our explorer interface.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

3.1 Swiss Law (nDSG)

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG), data processing is lawful provided it complies with the principles of Art. 6 nDSG (lawfulness, purpose limitation, proportionality, data accuracy, and security). Public blockchain networks: Azeth interacts with Ethereum and Base testnets. Transactions on these networks are publicly visible and not under our control.

All fonts and assets are self-hosted. No external font services, CDNs, or tracking providers are used.

Our hosting provider Vercel may process data in the United States. Vercel participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Where data is transferred outside Switzerland or the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
